Right Livelihood Awards

With the Nobel Prizes awards ceremony taking place in Stockholm this Sunday, the spotlight this week is very much on the laureates, who began arriving in Sweden on Wednesday to host a number of seminars and lectures and ultimately pick up their prizes, worth 10 million kronor each.

However, there’s another group of worthy winners in Stockholm this week to pick up an award sometimes called the alternative Nobel prize.


Radio Sweden’s Dave Russell met up with the winners of this year’s Right Livelihood awards:
