Development Assistance and Climate

Last year Sweden spent nearly $US 5 billion to finance international development cooperation around the world. But how will these development projects be affected by climate change? An international commission on climate-proofing international development co-operation set up by the Swedish government has just handed its report. Dr. Dominic Walubengo, head of the Kenyan Forest Action Network, was at the meeting where the report was presented. Our reporter asked him how climate change has affected Kenya.
