Players With Flu to Return Home

Published lördag 18 juli 2009 kl 13.48
Sixty countries take part in Sweden's Gothia Cup

The five Gothia Cup players who came down with Swine Flu this week are to travel home.

According to Dr Per Follin, who works with infectious diseases, the fact that the players became ill early in the week means they are a low infection risk.

On Friday two new cases of Swine Flu were discovered at the Gothia Cup, which is the world's largest youth football tournament. The two who have been diagnosed with Sine Flu come from different teams and have no connection to the three cases earlier in the week.
