Global Gaming Factory Hans Pandeya announcing the Pirate Bay deal

Trading in the company that says it is buying the Pirate Bay file-sharing site continued to be closed on Thursday, the day Global Gaming Factory X (GGF) has said it is presenting the details of the deal.

Aktietorget, the exchange where GGF is listed, says that after a meeting with the company Wednesday, it is calling in its disciplinary committee. In a press release the exchange outlines concerns about GGF’s failure to provide correct information about how the deal is being financed and other irregularities.

GGF is due to present the details of the Pirate Bay purchase at 11:00 hrs UTC on Thursday. In a press release, the company says the recent media “turbulence” has led to several investors withdrawing from the deal.
