Global Gaming Factory CEO Hans Pandeya

Shareholders behind the prospective buyers of the file-sharing website Pirate Bay, Global Gaming Factory, voted Thursday to approve the purchase of the site, despite the fact that the company's CEO Hans Pandeya couldn't say where he would get the money from, saying only that there were around 40 of them, from the Stockholm region. The handful of shareholders met behind closed doors at the meeting to make their decision.

He added he would make sure the 8.4 million US Dollars needed to by the Pirate Bay would be found, selling his own shares in the company if necessary, according to Swedish news agency TT.
