Winnerbäck and Jenssen Celebrate Grammis Awards

Lars Winnerbäck and former Idol contestant Amanda Jenssen were the big winners from Friday night's Swedish music industry awards "the Grammis."

Winnerbäck won both the "artist of the year" and "pop male artist "of the year awards while Jenssen was named the year's "pop female artist" and shared the "composer of the year" award with Pär Wiksten. Thåström's "Kärlek är för dom" was voted "best album," he was also named the "Lyrics Composer of the Year."

Others to receive awards included Mando Diao, for best song of the year ("Dance with Somebody,") Fibes, Oh Fibes for the "best pop act" and old timers Kent for "best rock act," and the "new artist of the year" went to Eric Hassle.

The first time since 2003, the the gala wasn't shown live on TV.
