There was double success for Sweden in the latest round of World Cup cross country skiing competition at the weekend.

Hanna Falk narrowly edged out World Cup sprint leader Petra Majdic of Slovenia to win the 1.2 kilometre race in estonia on Sunday.

"I'm good at the last part of the race," Falk said.

"Now i'll compete in the Swedish competitions and then i'll go to Vancouver."

Sweden's Emil Jönsson took the honour in the men's classic sprint after holding off a challenge from Norway's Ola Vigen Tattestad in a photo finish.
