Hard for Immigrants to Find Work Here
It is not exactly news but it has once again been shown that immigrants in Sweden are having a hard time to get gainfully employed.
A new study shows that many immigrants with high qualifications find it difficult to penetrate the Swedish labour market and are forced to take menial jobs to be able to survive.
The study was commissioned partly by SACO, the Swedish Confederation of Professional Associations.
SACO president Anna Ekström explains why her organisation carried out the study even though the result was predictable.
