The murder of Swedish journalist Martin Adler in Somalia has raised the question once again of the growing threat to the safety of journalists working in the most dangerous places on earth.

Dave Russell spoke to Urban Hamid, a Swedish-Iraqi journalist who counted Martin Adler as a friend and worked alongside him in Iraq:
