Reinfeldt Voted In As New Prime Minister
Fredrik Reinfeldt was voted in as Sweden’s new Prime Minister on Thursday by a vote of 175 to 169 after his centre-right opposition coalition toppled the ruling Social Democrats in last month’s elections. Representatives from the Social Democrat, Left, and Green parties voted against.
Reinfeldt is only the fourth non-Social Democrat to hold that post in 70 years. So who is Sweden’s new leader?
