The sunshine’s been peeking out especially around the Stockholm area and in the north-west, but many other parts of Sweden have had a dull day, with some rain in the far south, and snow further north.
The temperature at midday here in the capital was three degrees Celsius. Gothenburg on the west coast had six. It was nine degrees Celsius in the southern city of Malmö, while in Kiruna, above the arctic circle, it was minus ten.
