The Swedish government promised a new environmental program in parliament Wednesday.

The eight point proposal includes tighter standards for new cars, and plans to expand wind power here. But when asked by journalists for more concrete information, Environment Minister Andreas Carlgren replied that would be coming later.

The opposition accused the government of putting words before action.
