Twenty-nine year old Fredrik Sträng has set a Swedish mountain climbing record by reaching the summits of the tallest mountains in all seven continents within six months.

He finished the challenge Saturday by climbing to the top of Mount Vinson in Antarctica.

Sweden’s Andre Myhrer completed two high-risk runs Sunday to wins his first alpine skiing World Cup event. Myhrer tamed Colorado’s treacherous Birds of Prey piste, taking the first leg and consolidating his lead the second time the course.

His previous best result was a second place finish in Slovenia two seasons ago.
