Ellsberg Says Bush Plans to Nuke Iran

American military analyst Daniel Ellsberg says the Bush Administration has had plans for a nuclear attack on Iran.

Writing in the newspaper “Dagens Nyheter” Wednesday, Ellsberg says George Bush and Dick Cheney are using the threat of such an attack to force a change of regime in Tehran.

Ellsberg, who leaked the Pentagon Papers during the Vietnam War, is in Stockholm to receive one of this year’s Right Livelihood Awards.

According to Swedish Radio News, he is also sceptical that the Bush Administration will change its policies on Iraq, despite the upcoming Baker report.
