Volvo Trucks Deliveries Up
Volvo AB, the world’s second biggest truck maker, says its deliveries rose by 3 percent in January through November.
Volvo’s truck deliveries in Europe rose 3.8 percent year-on-year in November, while they were down by 3.1 percent in North America and by 18 percent in Asia. This year Volvo sees total industry sales of heavy-duty trucks at the top end of its forecasts at around 340,000 units in North America and around 290,000 units in Europe.
Volvo has not issued full-year forecasts for 2007.
