Trade and finance ministers of the Council of the Baltic Sea States will be meeting in Stockholm later this month.

The first CBSS meeting in three years will take place on May 23rd and will be hosted by Swedish Minister for Foreign Trade, Sten Tolgfors. The meeting, which forms part of the Swedish Presidency of the CBSS, will also be attended by the Russian Economic Development and Trade Minister, German Gref.

On the agenda is how the countries can work together to promote greater and more intensive trade in the Baltic region, one of the world’s most competitive regions.
