Last year alone Sweden welcomed more than 9,000 Iraqis, which was close to 50 percent of all Iraqi refugees arriving in Europe in 2006 and four times as many as in the previous year. For the past 30 years, British journalist Robert Fisk has reported from the Middle East.  He was recently in Stockholm, and our reporter Payam Ghanbarzade asked him for his perspective on how well Europe and Sweden are handling the refugee crisis:
