Study Shows Naprapathy Better

Published tisdag 22 maj 2007 kl 12.51

A new Swedish study has shown that the use of naprapathy can be more effective for people suffering back and neck problems than traditional treatments.

Naprapathy differs from established chiropractic techniques because it also uses massage and dietary advice.

The new study by the Karolinksa Institute in Stockholm was carried out on 409 patients with back problems.

After three months, 57 percent of those treated with naprapathy said they felt significantly better, while only 13 percent of those treated normally said the same.

The study is published in the US-based ”Clinical Journal of Pain”.
