The report, Paying Taxes 2008, has been compiled by the World Bank and the professional services company PricewaterhouseCoopers. While Sweden comes in 141st place out of 178 countries in the level of taxes levied on companies, the survey also says Swedish businesses have to spend less time and resources administering their tax bill than those in most other countries.
