Party Leaders Praise Their Policies
Speaking before the Swedish parliament, the leaders of the seven parties represented in the Riksdag have praised their own policies and blamed their political counterparts for endangering Sweden’s future.
On Wednesday Prime Minister and head of the Conservative Moderates Fredrik Reinfeldt painted a positive picture of Sweden’s economic development since his government came into power two years ago. More people have a job now and the fiscal policy is sustainable, Reinfeldt said.
Opposition leader and head of the Social Democrats Mona Sahlin accused the center-right coalition of conduction an unjust policy which leads to more segregation within the Swedish society.
