More Neo Nazi Groups Spreading in Sweden

Nazi Demonstration in Sweden

Swedish news reports claim the number of neo Nazi groups in this Nordic nation are rapidly expanding and that 17 new groups have formed in the last 2 years.

This makes the total now around 30 - spread throughout much of the country but concentrated mostly in the southern and central regions.

Meanwhile, news interviews with former members of the anti-immigrant Sweden Democrates party explain the recent success of the party in public opinion polls with declared party policy set as close as possible to the established parties.

Hoping to move from local levels into the parliament itself in the next elections, the party line tones down its anti-immigrant rhetoric by avoiding racist comments and instead claiming foreigners are steeling resources from the elderly - ignoring arguments that immigrants and refugees are a positive force on the Swedish labor market.
