The newspaper “Dagens Nyheter” reports that the current controversy between Russia and Ukraine over natural gas may very likely be decided here in Stockholm.

The Russian gas company Gazprom says it is considering taking Ukraine to the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce.

Last year this international mediation agency handled more than 85 disputes.

The newspaper says that Chinese, Americans, Italians and others turn to the institute to settle international business deals that have broken down.
