Fashion Giants Soon in Sweden?

Published fredag 6 februari 2009 kl 12.34

Despite the ongoing credit crunch major international fashion chains are looking to expand into the Swedish market, according to the industry magazine Habit. Companies such as Abercrombie and Fitch, Hollister and Forever 21 are looking to move to Stockholm and establish shops in attractive locations that are easier to find during a recession.

But making a profit here might not be their main focus, according to fashion experts, instead they just want to get into the Swedish clothes market, which is said to be both trend-setting and trend-sensitive, and attractive to fashion brands.
