Sweden's Foreign Minister Carl Bildt

Sweden and Finland are planning for the future - together. This week saw a continuation of the so called ”Märkesåret 1809” the Swedish/Finnish celebration of the 200 years since the two countries were parted in 1809- a celebration which was started in January. On Tuesday the Swedish and Finnish Prime Ministers, as well as innovators and business analysts from both countries, met at a conference to discuss the future of Swedish/Finnish cooperation.
