Train Crash, No Serious Injuries
A passenger train went off the rails after hitting a tractor in central Sweden during the evening rush hour. Around 80 people were on board, but only six were injured, several breaking bones but none in a life threatening condition.
Maria Rupal, of Västerås police, says that it is a dangerous situation, as the train crash tore down power lines, and so the area is being evacuated as fast as possible.
According to the rail authority the accident will mean that the stretch of line between Fagersta and Västerås will be closed all weekend.
