Pirate Bay Trial Delayed
The Supreme Court has ruled to defer the main proceedings in the Pirate Bay case. After it was decided that the court will try two of the appointed judges in the case for conflict of interest the time plan has become to narrow.
As the Supreme Court may take some time deliberating, a new date for the proceedings has not been set.
“It is certain it can’t be before the New Year, but when in 2010 it will begin is hard to say, “Judge Ulrika Ihrfelt told Swedish News Agency TT.
