Published lördag 13 februari 2010 kl 17.01

Swedish Radio News reports that four Swedes have been arrested for sex crimes against children abroad, and another forty are under suspicion.

The Swedish police launched a special effort about a year ago to stop Swedes exploiting children sexually abroad. Today five officers are working fulltime to combat sex tourism.

The arrests abroad have been in Thailand and Cambodia. One Swede was recently convicted and trials against two others are scheduled.
