Tougher Internet laws not working
After a temporary scare, Swedish Internet pirates are again helping themselves to free versions of films, games and music, says a report from the World Internet Institute.
Last year illegal file-sharing went down, but now it is back up and reaching a record high.
Jan Elvelid from .SE - the Swedish Internet Infrastructure Foundation - says that it is clearly still hard to compete with free. And he admits that, although there are legal alternatives, the amount of choice on offer through piracy is still greater.
