Four guilty of rape and pimping

A 35-year-old has been sentenced to three and a half years for the rape of children and aggravated procuring.
A 51-year-old has received two years in jail for aggravated rape.
A 27-year-old has been sentenced to one year in prison for fraud and a 17-year-old has received a one-year sentence for sexual purchases – illegal in Sweden although prostitution itself is not.
None of the above have been found guilty of human trafficking and five of the men have been acquitted of all charges.
The trial captured additional headlines when a female prosecutor resigned after only one day when she received death threats, claiming that the legal system covered up such threats instead of tackling them.
