European Court rules against Swedish Professor

The European Human Rights Court has ruled in favour of the Swedish state and against a professor carrying out research on youngsters with ADHD, Damp and other psychological concentration disorders.

The Gothenburg University professor,  Christopher Gillberg, destroyed much of his research, which had been demanded by lower Swedish courts wanting to determine if the studies were improperly carried out and misleading. 

 The professor insists he destroyed the work to protect the integrity of the youngsters.

When the Swedish supreme court rejected the professor’s appeal, he turned to the European Court.
