Somali-born, Karima Tice has been awared Entrepreneur of the Year by the Swedish Federation of Business Owners in Stockholm.

Her company, Aman Care, provides a tailored home help service to the elderly and disabled in 43 different languages in the capital and seven other Swedish cities. And after less than three years in business she is setting her sights on the UK.
