Tens of thousands of foreign workers, as well as Libyans, have been trying to get of out of the country. Some have made it to neighboring Tunisia or Egypt, others are stuck on the border.

To look at Sweden’s efforts to help the humanitarian crisis, we talked to Helen Rask, head of the North African and Middle Eastern unit at Sida, the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency.
