Trains stopped for almost three hours
Eight trains were stopped for up to two and a half hours Sunday between Stockholm and Gothenburg. The stoppage was caused by an overhead power cable that fell down on the tracks between Moholm and Väring at around 10:00 AM.
One of the two tracks was re-opened by 12:30 PM, and trains could resume travel on the line. The authorities say they expect the second track will be back in operation by around 3:00 PM.
