In Sweden, over 85 percent of women breast feed for upto six months but in a new book on the subject called "To bottle feed," mother of two and journalist ,Petra Jankov Picha, finds that women such as herself feel pressurised into breast feeding by healthcare professionals even though they may have trouble expressing milk.

Petra Jankov Picha told Radio Sweden that there needs to be a more open debate about the benefits of the bottle.
