Confidence in Social Democratic Party Leader Håkan Juholt continued to fall, even after a preliminary investigation looking into whether Juholt defrauded the state by accepting more than his fair share of a housing allowance for MPs was tabled more than a week ago, reports TT News Agency.

Only 15 percent of those asked gave their strongest support to Juholt as a candidate for prime minister of Sweden, while 68 percent were in favour of Prime Minister Fredrik Reinfeldt (M) as the leading candidate in the next election, according to a Sifo survey, writes TT.
