Paintings not made by Hitler, after all

Published tisdag 8 november 2011 kl 13.02

The Swedish Enforcement Office was hoping to get about one million kronor or 150,000 US dollars for the eight paintings that were said to be made by Adolf Hitler. The agency was criticised, but said it cannot make any ethical judgement on the goods sold in order to recover money to cover unpaid debts. Now it turns out that the paintings were only reproductions. All in all, they are only worth about ten dollars each.
