In Today’s Programme

Published fredag 22 oktober 2004 kl 12.58

In day three of 60 Degrees North’s special broadcasts direct from the southern Swedish city of Malmö, our panel of journalists from local media discusses Prime Minister Göran Persson’s new cabinet. Is it simply window dressing or a real signal of change?

A youth earlier detained but then released on suspicion of planning a Columbine-style attack on Malmö school has been detained once again on similar grounds.

In the second half of the programme - we shift focus to student life at Sweden’s largest university Lund, and then, in a special ”Cooking with J&J”, Radio Sweden’s dynamic duo - Juan and Judi enlist the help of one of Malmö’s top chefs in an investigation of Southern Swedish Cuisine!

Closing Music by the Hives and ”Walk Idiot Walk.”
