Unclear if 'job coaches' are getting the job done

Published söndag 22 april 2012 kl 10.16

Having a "job coach" helping individuals to find work appears not to be more effective than job seekers looking for employment by themselves, according to the Employment Agency.

Looking at overall numbers, the agency's analysis shows there were more successful job hunts without the coaches, reports the local newspaper Göteborgs-Posten.

Job coaches, often drafted in from temping agencies, will still be employed by the agency.
