The draw has been made for the women's football tournament at this summer's London Olympics, with Sweden drawn in Group F along with reigning World Cup winners Japan.

Canada and South Africa are also in the group but it is the presence of the Japanese which is causing most interest in the Swedish media.

Japan knocked Sweden out of the 2011 World Cup in Germany at the semi-final stage and coach Thomas Dennerby is itching for revenge.

"Japan are world champions and it will be great to get revenge," he told news agency TT.

The top two from each group go through to the quarter-finals and Japan and Sweden are the two favourites to progress from Group F.
