The number of summer houses on the market continues to rise but prices are headed in the same direction.

Compared to a year ago the number of houses for sale has risen by more than a third to 5,467, according to the real estate website Bovision. And in the same period the average price of a summer cottage has risen by three percent.

Most of the houses for sale are in Skåne in the south, Västra Götaland in the west and around the capital.
