In an exciting last leg of the men’s relay in the Orientering World Championships, Sweden took the bronze medal Saturday.

The Swedish team of Jonas Leandersson, Peter Öberg and Anders Holmberg were beaten into third place by the Czech Republic and Norway.

Anders Holmberg, who ran the final leg where the race was decided, told Swedish Radio Sports he was satisfied with bronze:

“It was a very good race and I didn’t really make any mistakes. Unfortunately at the end I couldn’t keep up with the Czech and the Norwegian, but that was just the way it was today.”
