Swedes eat a reported 11.5 liters of ice cream, per person, a year, the second highest consumption in Europe after Finland.

What are the flavors they're eating, and what's the thinking behind their creation? Radio Sweden's Brett Ascarelli went to an ice cream parlor on Stockholm's trendy southern island, Södermalm, find out.
