new outfits leave little to the imagination

Doctors' clothes "see-through"

Published onsdag 22 augusti 2012 kl 11.58

Doctors at a leading Swedish hospital have complained to bosses after discovering that their new work clothes include see-through trousers.

The medical staff at Akademiska Sjukhuset in Uppsala say the material used in the new outfits is too thin, and patients can now see their underwear, newspaper Upsala Nya Tidning writes.

The shirts also feature the name of the laundry the hospital has rented the outfits from as a cost-cutting measure, doctors say the only name on the clothes should be that of the hospital.

But the medical staff cannot expect a new uniform soon, managers say, changing the outfits would cost too much money.
