Anna Lindh murderer stabbed fellow inmate
Mijailo Mijailovic, the convicted murderer of Swedish Foreign Minister Anna Lindh in 2003, has been found guilty of aggravated assault on another inmate at Kumla Prison.
According to the online edition of the newspaper Aftonbladet, the attack has been described as completely unprovoked.
Örebro District Court has found Mijailovic guilty of stabbing a 21 year old fellow prisoner in the chest and stomach with a screwdriver in December last year. Since Mijailovic is serving a life sentence, the conviction reportedly has no direct consequences for him.
