The man who robbed an unconscious person who had fallen on a subway track last month has been indicted for grand larceny.

The crime was considered aggravated because after the theft, the robber left the victim on the tracks, where he was run over by a train. The robber has also been indicted for another theft from an intoxicated person at a subway station.
