A two-year-old boy whose performance of Loreen's hit "Euphoria" has become an internet smash hit has been hailed by the Eurovision Song Contest winner herself, reports tabloid Expressen. Three days ago, Vincent's mother posted a video on Facebook of her son dancing and singing Loreen's "Euphoria". Today, the video has gone viral with 150,000 hits on Youtube.
Now Loreen has become a fan herself.
"Such a clean energy, ' she told Expressen.
The singer shared the link on her Facebook page and wrote that she will now have competition.
"Children have such clean energy. Children are free. When I saw Vincent I realized that it was exactly the effect I'm after. One could see in every step that he saw the pictures in his head. He could take part," she says to Expressen.se.
"We the older generation, have so much to learn from children. Being free in ourselves. Vincent exudes much finer and cleaner energy than I can radiate. He is a small enthusiast that I know will do great things".
Vincent's mother Emma Gustavsson, 25, from Julita in Sörmland told the tabloid that she has been bowled over by the attention and Loreen's response.
"It feels really big to have reached her. When I saw him perform I thought that I had to record a really good clip and send it to her," says Emma Gustavsson.
She said that she had never expected such a response from the public.
"I was totally blown away when I saw that 1,000 people had seen it. Later that evening, it was 30 000. It's gone very quick".
