Sweden has struggled to put its foreign-born residents to work. In the last part of Radio Sweden’s 3-part series on immigrants and work, we hear about how the low employment rate among foreign-born residents hurts Sweden. Then we hear about some possible solutions to make it easier for immigrants to enter the workforce and rise through companies.
