Hammarby crowned Swedish bandy champions
In front of some 40,000 fans at the Swedish capital's new Friends Arena on Sunday, local team Hammarby beat Sandviken 9-4 in the final of the Swedish bandy series.
Hammarby led 4-0 after just ten minutes, and while Sandviken responded with four goals of their own, Hammarby never look troubled in their progress to the title.
The final was the first to be held at the stadium, and had to be delayed by 20 minutes after Hammarby fans set off smoke bombs in the stands. Chaotic scenes also greeted the end of the match when Hammarby supporters invaded the pitch.
