Individual files complaint

"Counties encourage children to have sex"

Published fredag 22 mars 2013 kl 11.46

Four county councils in the north of Sweden have been reported to the National Board of Health and Welfare after launching a new web campaign that offers free condoms to 11-year-olds, reports Swedish Radio news.

The newspaper Allehanda reports that the goal of the counties' campaign is to stop chlamydia, however, the individual filing the complaint says the counties are encouraging children to have sex.

The form on the website gratiskondomer.nu asks people requesting condoms to give their name, gender, address, and age. The age form goes from age 11 to over 30.
