Sweden takes curling silver after close match
Scotland beat Sweden's women's team in the finals of the World Curling Championships on Sunday, 6-5.
After the match, the captain of the Swedish team, Margaretha Sigfridsson, said that Scotland, skippered by Eve Muirhead, had been worthy opponents.
"We played a very good game but Eve was a little bit better than us today," Sigfridsson told the World Curling Federation.
Sweden's silver means they qualify for next year's Winter Olympics in Russia. Sweden took Olympic gold in women's curling in 2006 and 2010.
